Hackflack - an update

As you'll have noticed, blogging has been very light in the past few months, and shows no sign of picking up again soon. The house sale/purchase is still going on, and what with both work and life to get on with, I'm struggling to find the hours to put into posting here.

I just wanted to update, however, to say that Hackflack lives on elsewhere if you want to keep up with me.

For example, I still manage to update Twitter from time to time.

There's also my Google Reader link blog, which I update sporadically (and now with notes!)

And of course, I'm still on Facebook, LinkedIn and Friendfeed - for the time being.

Light blogging ahead

Just a quick post to let you know that the light blogging which has struck Hackflack in recent weeks looks like lingering a little longer.

After several months trying, Mrs H and I have sold our house so all my blogging/feedreading time is being spent arranging paperwork and looking for alternative accommodation for ourselves and our two cherubs.

Here's hoping the interlude will be brief.

Hackflack lives

Yes, I am alive.

No, this blog has not been put back on the shelf.

Apologies to anyone who has been checking in in my absence, but life just got hectic.

Whether I'm coming out of the other side or just coming up for air remains to be seen, but I just wanted to say sorry for neglecting Hackflack.

Also - huge thanks to those who have encouraged me to get back posting. Here I am.

VIRUS ALERT

Not the computer - me!

If it wasn't bad enough losing time to the office move (more of which soon, I hope), now a bug has laid me low (which is rare).

And to cap it all, at work, we're so busy, we've not even had time to scratch our derriere.

Normal service will resume shortly.

Well, thank goodness that week's over.

Been crazy busy this week, culminating in moving office today.

We've only moved across town but it feels like another world: far more space, better facilities, and in a much better location.

Hackflack get his own domain

The hugely observant of you may have spotted the change in URL: I'm now at www.hackflack.co.uk rather than the conventional .blogspot address.

I'm still using blogger, and anyone who comes here via bookmarks, RSS readers and blogrolls shouldn't notice any change or need to update any details.

To anyone who has made a similar move in the past, I'd be interested to hear what effects, if any, it had for you.
